Complete the registration form

We publish registration links in our Telegram channel and on our Instagram page.

The first step is to complete the registration form.

Very important: provide your current email address. All further communication about participation takes place by email.

Send all participation questions by email only — not through Instagram, Facebook or by phone. This helps us avoid losing messages and reply on time.

Wait for the application decision

After registration, we review the applications. Our selection considers:

• the required documents — an SRL, business patent or individual enterprise;
• product quality;
• the number of similar applications;
• product competitiveness;
• the overall fit with the market.

If your application is accepted

After your participation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and images to promote the upcoming YARDSALE. You must share them on your social media and add #yardsalemd.

This is an important part of participating. The more we talk about the market together, the more people will discover you and your products.

Confirm your participation fee

At the beginning of the week, from Monday to Wednesday, you will receive an email with your participation fee.

You must reply to that email to confirm your participation.

If the price or conditions are unclear, reply with your question. We cannot resolve these issues on site during the market, so everything must be clarified in advance.

Participation cost

The cost depends on two things: your products and the size of your sales table. The participation fee does not depend on the location you choose.

We can consider a request for a particular place only if:

• you have the complete set of required documents;
• you participate in YARDSALE regularly;
• your products are current and distinctive;
• even when these conditions are met, a particular place is not guaranteed.

Prepare your photos

Good photographs of your products are very important.

For every YARDSALE, we publish a separate Telegram post to collect participants’ photos for our announcements. Please send high-quality, up-to-date photographs of your products.

On the Friday before YARDSALE, you will receive an email with participation details:

Read this email carefully to the end. Information can sometimes change at the last moment: the unloading time may change, or there may be additional requirements, permits from the municipality or other important details.

Follow only the information in the most recent email.

• unloading procedure;
• exact address;
• organisational details.
